Sumeet Sondhi concentrates his practice on the representation of a wide range of corporate and commercial clients, including privately held companies, emerging businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. With a diverse practice that spans commercial real estate, business transactions and corporate matters, Mr. Sondhi brings a unique combination of expertise to clients in a variety of industries. He serves as outside general counsel to several entertainment companies and medical practices.

Mr. Sondhi’s corporate and business transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, entity formation and governance, shareholders agreements, LLC operating agreements, financing, employment and consulting agreements, entertainment and hospitality agreements and a wide variety of other commercial agreements.

With extensive experience in real estate, Mr. Sondhi broadly concentrates his practice in all facets of commercial real estate transactions; including representing clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing, development, and financing of commercial properties. He also represents parties with respect to the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, handling of property disputes, and advising on zoning and land use regulations, among other key real estate matters.
